The Vero Beach Film Festival is an award-winning celebration of independent film set in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida. Join us April 8–11, 2027 for four days of outstanding films, filmmaker networking, industry conversations, and unforgettable experiences by the sea.

Recognized as a Top 100 Film Festival by FilmFreeway and dubbed the “Summer Sundance” by The Huffington Post, VBFF showcases narrative features, documentaries, shorts, comedy, student films, and our popular Vero Visions category. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming festival where filmmakers connect with engaged audiences, industry professionals, and fellow creators.

Selected filmmakers receive festival passes, are offered for home-host accommodations, and compete for cash awards in multiple categories.
