Happy, the red sea star, is at the beach sharing an art class with his young students, when Floppy, the seagull, lands and warns of a strong storm approaching. They all run to the pink cave to take shelter for the night. The next day Bella is very upset for the messy beaches left by the storm. While they decide to clean up, Floppy takes a flight around the island and discovers someone in real need of help…
