The root is an attempt to answer the question, what is the collective Food Think Tank. It is a journey through two specific FTT culinary projects: Earth&Water, and Forest – Installation, which are levels on the way to the root – the Grail, in search of the departed members of the group. Root brings us closer to fundamental values, not only in gastronomy but also in the surrounding world.
